Lunch - flank steak fajitas. Flank steak was marked down for quick sale at Walmart. I sous vide steak at 133⁰F for 18 hours, chill and then slice and fry in a pan with red and orange peppers, onion and garlic. Seasoned with Better Than Bullion Adobo paste.

Breakfast - homemade corned beef hash and fried eggs
Quick lunch on a hot day - bagel pizzas using ingredients I had on hand.
Lunch - homemade green curry with chicken, snow pea pods and mushrooms. Medium hot. I can't take the scorching heat anymore
Next day pizza
Brush bottom of slice with olive oil.
Heat in microwave to warm up
Transfer to skillet with a lid on to crisp up crust
