Lunch - flank steak fajitas. Flank steak was marked down for quick sale at Walmart. I sous vide steak at 133⁰F for 18 hours, chill and then slice and fry in a pan with red and orange peppers, onion and garlic. Seasoned with Better Than Bullion Adobo paste.
