So few men control so much money and so much information and I can’t really see a way out of it. When the worst of human nature controls the world, so openly justifies sexual abuse and genocide, it’s hard to see what can obstruct this path of destruction
Imagine how much money we’ve wasted. Imagine how much could have gone into the NHS, public services, tackling poverty…
Will anyone be held responsible though? For the lies that were told, the false promises made?
Perhaps a brexit tax on all the corporations that cashed in?

UBI used to be a radical idea. But given what billionaires have been up to and the unambiguous moral imperative to stop it and the increasing ubiquity of the shockingly predatory gig and scam economies, I believe UBI is the ONLY way we get back to anything resembling a fair playing field.
