Part 4: CALL TO ACTION
This "debate" about who should use what toilet doesn’t benefit anyone. It doesn’t fix the underfunding of women's refuges, NHS waiting lists leaving women in terrible pain, mums skipping meals to feed their kids. How about we get on with tackling the real issues affecting women?
I thought I'd make a thread of some of the things that people who care about trans rights people and human rights could do to help. We really need more cis people stepping up.
• Post about it sometimes. Make sure people who see you online know that you're aware of what's going on, and you care.
If you buy her products, this is what you fund. An actual hate movement based on misinformation and right wing substacks. A movement that any even slightly non-conforming woman is now literally in danger from. Actual lives are more important than your Hogwarts House.
No book in the history of the world has made a child gay or straight or trans or cis. But they have provided hope and a future for those that already are. But of course, under Reform, all hope must be crushed.
