If San Francisco voter turnout is as abysmally low as it seems on track to be, there will be a lot of finger pointing. I'll point one. This is on Mayor Lurie & the Supervisors. SF gov staff hiring is stagnant, morale is low. Grants to community orgs that do most of the GOTV work was low to zero.
