Oxfam Country Director in the DRC, Dr Manenji Mangundu told Sky News that the number of people infected with Ebola is much bigger than the reported cases. There is fighting and displacement in some areas which further contribute to the spread of the disease. Oxfam is working on the ground.
The response to the Ebola outbreak in DRC is critically under-resourced. Oxfam's DRC Country Director, Dr Manenji Mangundu, who is leading our response on the ground, told BBC World Service Radio that shortfalls in funding are crippling efforts to stop the virus spreading.
