The response to the Ebola outbreak in DRC is critically under-resourced.
Oxfam's DRC Country Director, Dr Manenji Mangundu, who is leading our response on the ground, told BBC World Service Radio that shortfalls in funding are crippling efforts to stop the virus spreading.
