UK folks, let's jump on this AI regulation petition the Society of Authors emailed out! It's an actual parliament one so the government HAS to respond if it reaches the signature threshold. It calls for regulations to make AI developers disclose copyrighted works trained on. Sign & repost!! ❤️
On this day (7th June) in 1993, the Scala Cinema closed permanently. A wake was held including a screening of King Kong (1933), the first film shown at the Kings Cross location back in 1981.
