Just to be clear, I strongly condemn what Reform-led council are doing re them banning LGBTQ+ events and materials in libraries. Essex isn't the only place they're doing it, so I hear. Fuck them. Let people be people! Stop trying to suppress love and acceptance.

An icecream van parks right outside my kids' schools and so I've had to be strict about when the kids get one (the money adds up, especially as they only like waffle cones (understandable)).
Well, I saw that asda sell waffle cones! So now the kids are having a MUCH cheaper icecream at home. Huzzah!

The only fantasy events I can find have trader fees of £200 >_> Normal traders will probably cover that fine but I just can't find events authors can sell at. The few I know of, the customers are mostly interested in historical fiction and crime.
