This is kind of mean, but Iāve been thinking a lot about past relationships and why they didnāt work. And one of the big overlapping issues is that I didnāt feel listened to. My achievements werenāt celebrated and my negative emotions were dismissed. Just, no acknowledgment that I was my own person.
