Her graphic novel series, published in English in 2003, followed an Iranian girl through the Islamic revolution and the Iran-Iraq War. The work helped millions relate to Iranians.
Watching this footage of Trumps China visit, it occurs to me that Donald Trump could be straight up dead for the next three years, and they could still feed us AI footage of him talking to Xi and Putin and the only way we would know it’s not real is that Trump is walking in a straight line.
