Working my way through getting an app ready to sell on the app store.
How the hell do people do this for multiple apps at a time???
Hopefully, muscle memory will kick in at some point and make it less painful.
Turned @mattpocockuk 's "grill me" skill into the most "I can't be bothered to type even one word any more" app I could think of.
If you're running hermes, openclaw or something like that on a VPS, and using Obsidian for memory/context, consider setting up Syncthing to sync it to your home PC and phone.
That way you've got easy access to review it.
Just get the agent to set up syncthing.
Use a threaded chat app with your agents:
Weeks ago, I did financial analysis for a SAAS where I have 3rd party costs on a sliding-scale per-use basis.
They just changed their pricing.
But because I archived the thread, I can just continue the chat without loss of context.
Got Opus to create a video-processing workflow. It ran, but was very flaky.
Got Fable to add monitoring to work out why. It ran, but was very noisy.
Switched to laravel's Bus::chain(), and it's as solid as a rock.
Don't over-complicate things.
After a little back and forth, I've got:
- My hermes instance (running on a cloud VM) channeling it's voodoo magic via...
- My laptop (here at home) and controlling...
- My phone (over wifi) to get screenshots of an app I'm creating.
What a time to be alive!

Maybe it's just me, but if you're Youtube thumbnail covers all look like this, I'm going to assume your content is shite.
Kind of inspired by this tweet, I've set my Hermes/Codex 5.5 set up lose on an idea I had some time ago. I'm pretty sure there's a market for it, but not a big one.
It's one way to burn some unused token capacity, right?
I'll update more here.

My impressions per tweet are normally less than 100, which makes me wonder why I bother.
But I've found a secret that got me 14k (and counting) impressions on one of my latest tweets.
The secret is: get retweeted by a much larger account.
Thanks for coming to my TED talk.
