The gov't won't concede ANYTHING significant without multiple layers of review. ESPECIALLY not something admitting to frivolous or bad faith conduct.
Seeing lots of people commenting on what the Feds are doing to the ICE protestors in Minnesota with “This will go nowhere”. And comparing it to Broadview. This may be true, but not everyone has been so lucky. The media isn’t covering MOST of these cases. People are unaware of what’s happening.
