Noticing this deli puts whether the rind is edible with their ingredient list (which I've learned I really need to read given the increasing popularity of unpasteurized dairy products around here). Definitely looked like I could eat this one but I guess not
I got a piece of exquisite cheese from the bargain bin (a $28/pound truffle cheese, down to $3 for the chunk in the bin). Mind-numbingly delicious but also mouth-numbing in a way that makes me wonder if I was allergic to something in there. But if I ever see it in the bin again I'm absolutely buying
