My brother's a licensed pilot, I see how much personal funding it takes to get through each step of the process to getting a commercial license
Making sure commercial pilots are capable is obviously imperative to our safety, but the process of licensing needs to be much more affordable!
This feels like a "fine to the company, fine to the pilot, reexamination of company policy" kind of situation, nothing more than that
