2) Roxy was on hospice but she a) her being transported to the ED and being treated is her leaving hospice case. The hospice doc wont sign the DC. b) the fall would make it a coroners case.
if they did Xrays and other scans the DC would be signed off of medical records also.

Both Louie and Roxy would be coroners cases.
1) Louie was using the ED as a PCP facility. ED docs dont sign DCs so there was most likely no PCP to sign the DC. His death would then be picked up by the coroners office, but no exam
