A fun fact about two prominent deaths in season 2 of The Pitt:
Both Louie and Roxy would be coroners cases.
1) Louie was using the ED as a PCP facility. ED docs dont sign DCs so there was most likely no PCP to sign the DC. His death would then be picked up by the coroners office, but no exam
