i am coooonstantly wriggling around trying to find The Comfortable Spot with my arm stretched away from me. reading this and holding my elbows in close immediately soothed so much discomfort omg the mouse thing is already a lot to get used to but i have a feeling it's gonna be game changing
i trawled reddit and found two very intersting things i'm going to try: 1. keep arms closer to the body, not across the desk for support. closer is less strain on the shoulder 2. change mouse settings to a higher dpi and learn to control the mouse with just fingers. keep wrist planted!!
