i trawled reddit and found two very intersting things i'm going to try: 1. keep arms closer to the body, not across the desk for support. closer is less strain on the shoulder 2. change mouse settings to a higher dpi and learn to control the mouse with just fingers. keep wrist planted!!

any #live2d riggers have tips for wrist and arm pain? my mouse arm is supported by armrests that are perfectly in line with my desk but i can never rly get comfortable, always pained in some way. might just be because i death grip whenever im concentrating 😭 can’t stop my whole body tensing up
