This was a thoroughly enjoyable conversation! Have a listen!
As calendars turn to a lovely (I hope!) summer, it seemed a good time to update folks on what I’ve been up to, what I’ve got coming up, and where you can find me over the next few months.

That was Félix, which is a great spot for cocktails downtown (and also has a very good burger). Belmont is another great cocktail joint. For wine, go to Vintage. 🍻
An excellent question! Well put it in the hopper for our Q&As! 🏹⚔️
This spring I had the chance to go to Normandy and follow in the footsteps of the men who were tasked with opening Dog-1 on Omaha Beach — the landing dramatized in Saving Private Ryan.
The truth was far more incredible and moving than a movie ever could be. Out now on History Hit
Well, I finished @michaellivingston.com’ “The Ark and the Empire,” and all I can say is that all three volumes of the series are now on order in h/b editions. A great read, the p/b version of which will be gifted to a likely friend in the coming days. #BookSky
Pleased to say @rorymaclellan.bsky.social was *awesome* in this!
DID YOU KNOW that it's new episode Wednesday??? this week we have the amazing @michaellivingston.com on to talk about what we get wrong about the 100 (200?) Years War and why it's more important to "get it right" than to "be right"
Enjoy!

Nice get to find the original covers! These are now being re-released with new titles, and there’s also a novella out there, too! (The novella is included as an appendix to the new book 1.)
Thrilled that my latest documentary for History Hit dropped today. On this third episode of Rebels, it’s Simon de Montfort!

@michaellivingston.com listened to your Q&A episode and you and Kelly mentioned a bar in Charleston. My family and I are taking a vacation there in July and my wife and I get a kid free date night. Any suggestions?
@michaellivingston.com maybe too late for the next Q&A, but are there any specific battles/conflicts that you wish you had more information. For example 7th or 8th century Anglo-Saxon conflicts where the only info is something like "the King of Northumbria was killed"
