This an increasing and common story, dilemma. I'm only still in my home because I could pay off the mortgage with equity release (so a hidden hugely expensive 'lifetime' mortgage) and all my savings run out in 7rs at state pension age. It *is* terrifying. There is ZERO support. #LongCOVID
