The Black Thursday centenary is 3 years and 133 days away.
I'm at 3️⃣, second half of the 2000s. Thankfully, the online NOS and second-hand markets compensate a bit for the monotony seen in stores.
The data was asking for it. In this 2-dim space, some of the cuisines cluster rather clearly by region. Few interesting stand outs, e.g. the British near the Indonesian and Malaysian. I'm guessing the Indian, Turkish, Lebanese, and Moroccan are the 'new Italian', widely recognized and accessible.
