Here was my video I did when South of Midnight was nominated for Innovation in Accessibility at The Game Awards and why it deserved that nomination.

If the news about Compulsion, Ninja Theory, and Double Fine closing is true, that's three studios that, in the past ten years, have made a concerted effort to make their games more accessible. Something that's been part of Xbox's culture for the past ten years is slowly being eaten away.
Got out of the city to the cottage for the weekend with friends. VACATION MODE: ENABLED
I feel like the gaming industry is a frog in a slowly boiling pot. Or death by a thousand cuts. I want to have hope for this industry. Something I’ve given my life to but everything is eroding around us and we’re being desensitized to its own destruction.

If Compulsion Games shuts down, I will be DEVASTATED! Not only for its contribution to the art of this medium, but also from my side of the industry, accessibility knowledge that is lost, that Xbox needs. That knowledge doesn't get built overnight. They deserve much better.
This is a fascinating watch. As a GM/DM the lore and game systems that Jerry built for this map FOR 60 YEARS is awe inspiring!
Imagine if Matt Mercer built more and more of Exandria every day for 6 decades! That's how fascinating this is!

This is what Destiny was to me. A story of Guardians coming together to protect the people and the system they call home. As one of those Guardians, I salute all those who came before and will live long after the game is gone.

I empathize with all PR folks, especially during a hectic week like SGF. They deserve a lot of grace, amongst massive pressure to get everything right.
But, to say "once they see how great the game is" raises a lot of red flags. It's like they want to sweep GenAI under the rug, hoping we forget it.
Could I play Baldur's Gate 3 every single day for a year?
Well, I'm about to find out lol.
I have a brand-new series on my Gameplay channel called "BG365," where every day I'll play BG3 for 30 minutes and try to get through the whole game in one year!
We asked the Crystal Dynamics team about its use of generative AI in developing Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis. Here’s what Jeff Adams, experience director on the game, had to say.
