@davidwcochrane.bsky.social The Safe Social Media act does not seem to regulate the design features people worry about (infinite scroll, algorithmic feeds) unless they promote the 7 types of harmful content.
A 6-year-old, a 13-year-old, and a 17-year-old do not interact with AI in the same way—and policy shouldn't treat them as if they do.
