These aren’t people who are raising children or caring for elders or building communities
Just fungible labor units going wherever capital is concentrated
Honestly? I don’t want *any* of my possessions to talk
Creeps me out
When someone says they hate bike lanes or bus lanes, what they're really saying is they hate a society that is not entirely organized around their needs and desires. It's not about bikes or buses at all. It's that they do not see a need for anything that does not serve them directly.
This guy's already been QT dunked on to death but the part of this I really hate isn't about bikes. It's "not in MY way."
Kurtis is not unique. A majority of drivers feel entitled to a government-funded, unencumbered, rapid driving experience. But we live in a society, there's other people.
Unpopular opinion: but I hate car lanes and I hate sharing a road with drivers. They're a menace out here in [everywhere]. It's not transport here, it's racing. Do that shit at the racetrack not in my way.
Always, ALWAYS go straight to your bank’s own official website when you get notices like this
Do not engage in any conversation not directly initiated by you
The governor is 100% correct. ICE action at schools is deeply disturbing.
There are 1,400 cops stationed *inside* Maryland schools.
These cops arrest students, disproportionately Black boys for trivial offenses like "not listening." They also use extreme violence against these Black children.
