The Climate Policy Monitor report found a trend of backsliding by one country in particular, but there are signs of hope at the global level.
Deeply sad to hear that Raúl Pacheco-Vega @raulpachecovega.bsky.social has passed away. A true scholar, and also someone who infallibly brightened even the dullest professional conference. He will be missed.
Of course, the can may always be kicked yet again….
