I disagree that ToS allow the use of © works to be used by 3rd parties for commercial products. At a car park you agree to certain terms by the car park firm. BUT, if that firm was allowing Uber Drivers to make use of your car then that would be beyond the ToS. www.billboard.com/pro/google-y...
