I think an obvious link: you'd have to be an idiot to believe the scope of massive city-sized data centers is really going towards token generators. Tokens, famously losing their company's money are a sock-puppet to distract from military payouts for drones programmed to make accurate "house calls".
I'm not sure I can ever emphasize this enough: libraries are the staunchest supporters of authors. They ensure people read our books; they BUY our books, whether we're self-published or trad. Why in the name of Levar Burton would an authors' advocacy group try to pit libraries as any sort of enemy?

Apart from anything else, we all know we have an issue with the far right in geek circles. A minority, but present. If we don't deal with it internally sooner or later it's going to be noticed externally. And if that happens stuff is going to blow up in a way people *really* won't like.
