The most anomalous maximum temperature recording regarding stations and their records seems to be 33.3ºC at Wellesbourne. This beats the old May record for the station by 6.1ºC before this spell (27.2ºC, 2010) as well as the June record by 2.2ºC (31.2ºC, 1976), extraordinary.
