The scanning is fine. The indexing is iffy the further back you go as AI struggles with older script. Coverage is great - there's only 1 parish I couldn't find (Swavesey). Always good to look at the original image!

When I was watching Pope Francis's funeral procession, I thought that this looks familiar. I checked the location and realised that in 2023, my wife and I stayed 4 minutes walk away. We also had a memorable evening in a rooftop bar across the piazza from Maria Maggiore Basilica.
Hi #GenHour, this week I found out the surname of a Scots woman who is in our pub trivia team. It is the same as one of my 4 x Great Grandmothers. Who lived a short distance from my trivia friend's village. She assures me that the surname isn't too common in that area, so we are definitely cousins!
