I had a random childhood memory hit me. My grade 1 teacher used to ask my class each day: Did you read? Did you write? Did you listen? And I think I might start asking myself those questions again from now on in my continued effort to reclaim my attention span from scrolling.
I see a lot of this in Canadian politics, as well.
