I've heard the same career advice over and over, whether it be in coffee chats, performance reviews, or leadership books. It's always 'bring solutions, don't bring problems.' But the advice is incomplete, and the missing context is expensive. 2/7

My theory: stop calling it 'solutions oriented.' Start calling it Intentional Solutioning. Reward the most precise answer, not the fastest one. Outcomes toward jobs to be done beat outputs that create noise. 6/7
