Anyone who understands basic trademark law knows Pattie is so dumb for even filing a trademark application. The legal right to use "Pattie Gonia" would not ever be under trademark protection, but First Amendment protection of parody. Pattie wants drama more than a good lawyer though, I guess.

This is probably the best evidence for why Patagonia made the correct decision to sue. Pattie Gonia is literally using Patagonia's past leniency against them, and the longer they delayed the more effective this would be.
The reason I'm so enraged by this is bc Pattie Gonia waited until a few days before Pride Month to lie to her followers and weaponize the real harms the LGBTQ+ community is experiencing for her self-gain
That man is a millionaire trying to make more money by deceiving people.
