Lovely start to the day with a steady 10km run through the beautiful Ironbridge Gorge 🇬🇧 Glad I got out early before the heat kicks in for the day. Stay hydrated out there folks 👍 #running #fitness
Some days, I head out the door with no plan, no target pace and no set distance… just running for the pure enjoyment of it🏃‍♂️ This morning was 5 miles squeezed into 45 minutes before getting ready for work, and honestly, I loved every minute of it. #Running #Fitness
Tempo runs are where endurance meets speed. 🏃‍♂️🔥 They help you: • Run faster for longer • Build aerobic fitness • Improve race pace control • Increase your lactate threshold • Stronger, mentally & physically The majority of my runs are slow & steady, so it’s nice to pick up the pace ☺️ #running
Today was the Great Birmingham Run 🇬🇧 Half Marathon 🏃‍♂️ Perfect conditions for running & I just managed to come away with a PB, even with the slightly updated route and the hills in the last mile! As always, Birmingham was an incredible atmosphere… Brilliant from start to finish. #Running #Fitness
This morning I squeezed a Fartlek session into just 30 minutes. After a steady 1-mile warm-up, I used 3 familiar Strava segments for sprint efforts, with recovery in between. It may only have been 30 mins, but a well-planned session with purpose still delivers a really effective workout! #running

Running slower makes you faster! Keep most of your runs at a conversational pace. It feels almost too easy… but that's the point. You're building the aerobic base that unlocks real speed later. If you're breathing too hard & can’t talk, slow down. #Running #Fitness
If you mainly run on the road, it’s worth mixing in some trail runs 🌳 The uneven ground makes your legs work in different ways, stabilising muscles, especially your ankles, calves and glutes. It also improves your balance & coordination… Become a stronger,runner on the trails 🏃‍♂️ #Running #fitness
Started the day with parkrun at Haughmond Hill in Shropshire, just outside Shrewsbury 🇬🇧 It’s a lovely trail route through woodland with some stunning views, but definitely a hilly one! No matter the challenge, parkrun is always the perfect way to kick off the weekend 🏃‍♂️ #running #fitness
It’s Saturday, and that means it’s parkrun day ☺️ Another new one for me today at East Park - Wolverhampton 🇬🇧 A 3 lap course around a pleasant park and the glorious sunshine 🌳 Parkrun is simply the best way to start a Saturday 🏃‍♂️ Have a lovely weekend everyone! #running #fitness #parkrun
