also started to do pull ups more often since I lost like 4 kilos and now it's just easier to do the problem is, my grip is already struggling past 5th pull up without rubber band assistance and I hate it, maybe I should buy and learn how to use straps for pull ups I dunno...

well dysmorphia strikes again today that's what happens when you replace one day at the gym with just calisthenics with pull ups at home. sheesh. no arms, no back, almost no pecs midsection, only legs and ass. body shaped like a female overwatch character
damn the way I am trying to silence sadness about me not seeing my bf for a long time in my head with working out, I'm not sure if it's healthy or not
