Allerdings kann eine "Auswanderung" wenn man – vielleicht auch aus Unwissenheit – keine Genehmigung hat, nach § 1 Abs 2 nicht zum Ruhen der Wehrpflicht führen.
(Und bei der Ausreise aus Schengen, je nach politischer Lage auch an der Binnengrenze, kann die BPol einen vermutlich festhalten)
