The EU has just published the final version of the Article 122 Regulation that, as of today, indefinitely immobilises the Russian assets. It sets three key conditions to release the €210 billion: 1) Russia ends the war 2) Russia pays reparations to Ukraine 3) Russia is no longer an economic threat

What I find really surprising about this case: it is, in essence, about whether member states may process certain kinds of personal data. And yet nobody seems to have made it a data protection case.
Oh lovely. The (national) case file containing the first ever preliminary reference from a German court seems to have been destroyed.
