The inaugural symposium for KAW-project Conjunctures of struggles brought together researchers interested in gender & sexuality in contemporary context of democracy contestation. Two intense days filled w/h critical analysis & minute observation on these pressing issues.
As typical academic, I show to people I admire them by inviting to brainstorm together a funding application. We didn’t talk abt. low acceptance rate; rather allowed ourselves to think theoretical interactions btw. inter-imperiality, knowledge regimes & resistances. Hopefully Södertörn is a charm🤞🏼
To be clear, I am not saying ousted Bolojan cabinet was in any way a good thing (I forgot to add 4th coalition partner UDMR/RMDSZ also known as FIDESZ-branch in 🇷🇴), but PSD allying w/h pro-🇷🇺 AUR w/h ambition to form that ”stable pro-European government” is grotesque.
