"People spend entire lives trying to convince themselves they are good." Students can write incredible things and students DO write incredible things (seriously: just zoom in and take it a look!) and too often I think we forget about that when we talk about writing in our classrooms and schools.
One question worth sitting with this summer: "What thoughts have been living rent-free in my head — and do they still deserve to stay there?" Not every worry that follows you home deserves a long-term lease.

I saw a TikTok this morning where a person in marketing said she was frustrated because she just spent the day looking at decks from 7 different companies and they were all identical and clearly made by Claude. When everyone uses AI to make keynotes, powerpoints, books, everything becomes the same.
