World Health Organization agrees legally binding pandemic treaty
Meaningful engagement with and feedback on one's PhD, great methods and career skills elements, office hours with professors, and plenty of downtime to get to know your fabulous peers. This well thought out week was easily one of my best experiences as an early PhD - highly recommend applying.
There is, undoubtedly, much to say about the ICJ’s landmark advisory opinion on Obligations of States in respect of Climate Change. In this post, Julian and I begin by unpacking the Court’s treatment of the sources of international law governing climate change and how those sources interact.
