This was entirely foreseeable once HCWs realised that, a few weeks earlier, (13/3/20) they'd been deceived into believing FRSMs would keep them safe while delivering close-quarter care to infectious patients. HSE, to their eternal shame, stood by like toothless tigers and just let this happen. 8/19
