I work so much harder than Coworker, but bc she's been here longer, she gets paid more. So like, what's the point of trying?
Feeling very depressed at second job partially bc i just like... had this image of my drearily working until the day I die, and also like, the fru a traction that at this job, it doesn't matter how hard I work, pay is based purely on your position and longevity.
