Started doing deadlifts yesterday at the gym and my hams and quads are so sore this morning. OTOH, I was exhausted and slept instantly last night. I used to do a lot of cardio and sweated a lot but still had trouble sleeping. Deadlifts wiped me out though. If you're having trouble sleeping, try it!

A banal observation but something I realized recently: the spectrum of creative expression narrows the more inclusive you try to be. Eg. Because of ADA laws in the US many buildings must have wheelchair ramps. But in other countries, that's not required so you often have more beautiful architecture.
