Started doing deadlifts yesterday at the gym and my hams and quads are so sore this morning. OTOH, I was exhausted and slept instantly last night. I used to do a lot of cardio and sweated a lot but still had trouble sleeping. Deadlifts wiped me out though. If you're having trouble sleeping, try it!
