If anyone is (a) going to #ARMA2026 and (b) isn't going to the Gala Dinner, and (c) feels up for a quieter gathering for dinner at a local restaurant TBC, please let me know. Got a group of 5-6 and space for more. Any ARMA types welcome, esp people I've only/mainly met via social media.

The parallel with job interviews is an obvious one. I don't think the evidence shows that job interviews are a particularly good way of selecting the best candidate - if we're not very careful, we just end up recruiting the people who are best at being interviewed.
