Feeling some kinda way about learning that the guy who inspired me to be a vegetarian isn’t a vegetarian any more.
Admittedly, he inspired me inasmuch as he showed closeted me that being vegetarian wasn’t un-manly, so. Like. I guess it all buffs out?

Happy Pride Month! In celebration, I sent off queer postcards to all the organizations I donate to who support queer people thanking them for their work. It felt nice!
I joined my wife this year in writing Pride Cards. She sent to organizations she supports but I just wrote to people; I don’t do Christmas cards, but here is a season that is meaningful to me and a good time to think of both the folks I love AND those who came before us, so it’s apropos.
Felt good.
