I used to tell my Mizzou Law appellate practice students that oral argument is my favorite thing to do in my profession — but also what a tiny portion of my work the actual argument is.
An interesting decision for those of us who’ve litigated preliminary injunctions. And for we who watch the interaction of state and federal courts.
