It’s great to see the court where I was a judge’s law clerk get some recognition — and for something that’s not IP law, like much of the Fed Cir docket.

An interesting decision for those of us who’ve litigated preliminary injunctions. And for we who watch the interaction of state and federal courts. SCOMO chose to follow USCA 8th circuit in changing a legal standard. It didn’t have to, but chose to.
