Anthropic will collect all prompts and the output generated by Mythos class models such as Fable and store them for 30 days. This is meant to better detect abuses of their terms of service.
Microsoft has held off on adopting Fable due to this data collection and I expect many others will as well.

Siri AI won’t be available in the EU because to comply with the Digital Markets Act’s interoperability rules they would need to make it easy to replace Siri AI with ChatGPT or Claude.
Apple asked for an exemption instead and EU regulators said no. So no Siri AI for European users.
