Xbox has been scoring strategic own goals since Xbox One and most recently, doubling the price of Xbox Game Pass as a way to recoup the $69B it spent on Activision. It turns out that price hike cost them millions of users. Wild they saw Spotify & Netflix doing $1 price hikes then decided to YOLO.
